The emerald is a square cut, possible carre, and is the most perfect shade of green with a slight blue tint. The accent diamonds vary in size and cut making it difficult to estimate the total carat weight. The two largest are bezel set OECs measuring 4 mm and weighing approximately.
There are 21 accent diamonds measuring an average of 2 mm. The larger of the accent diamonds are OECs and the smaller are single cuts, although this difference is not obvious without a loupe.
It is possible that some of them have been replaced. The ring has a partially obscured hallmark for platinum and tests as such. It does appear to have a maker's mark that I can't quite decipher as well. The ring measures 1 inch from tip to tip and has a stunning presence on the hand. It is currently a size 6.5 but able to be sized.
The ring is in excellent condition for its age. The center emerald is free of scratches or chips. A couple of the smaller accent diamonds appear to have small knicks visible with a 10x loupe.
This is not visible to the naked eye and it does not detract from the beauty of this ring or the performance of the diamonds. I don't see any obvious signs of repair or resizing. There is a slight patina to the ring and a few microscopic scratches commensurate with age. More photos and video available upon request. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
