A fabulous quality antique Edwardian English, solid 15 carat gold conversion ring; beautifully made, with high quality solid gold band, split shoulders and silver-topped 2-tiered flower-shaped head set with nine sparkling white old mine-cut diamonds. A recent conversion from a much older stickpin, the ring sits nice and low on the finger. The stones spread a total of approximately 55pts but due to their cut will weigh more - closer to 65 or 70pts. They are fabulous antique hand-cut genuine natural gems that really perform in any light, with big, confident facets reflecting large chunks of light from their surfaces and from their fire within. They're excellent quality, grading at roughly G/H or better colour and VS or better clarity. The outer halo of diamonds are set at a slight angle from the centre, giving it an excellent 3d look and meaning the breathtaking diamond flashes can be seen at extended angles that really draw the attention. It dates from around 1910 and is in excellent, fully wearable condition throughout, with no loss or damage. It weighs 2.9 grams, measures 12 mm across the head and its ring size is 8 US / P ½ UK - easily resized one or two sizes either way if needed. What's more, I offer layaway deals so there's no need to let any of my listings slip through your fingers - just ask!
