At the apex a sparkling slide element set with three rose cut diamonds suspending a romantic heart in heart. Millgrain accenting throughout emphasizes the delicacy of the necklace. Artfully crafted in 14 Kt yellow gold and platinum by Koch jewelers during Edwardian era. Very good overall condition commensurate to use and age.
